Hello,
I'm here to put you up on how things are on BoS. A lot of people don't train as you can imagine. Let me be the 1st to say I still do almost as hard as I used to. Most people here are either trying to secretly source check, and/or politic a bit. Some still do train while other are to old,lol....
It picks up and slows up here every now and again, just now its been a bit more silent since some are just trying to get there money up if you can relate to this. Not saying you can't or don't, just letting you know how it is here. Its a chill little place, and very good info has been discussed here. If you can't figure something out, then start an intelligent thread.
Many here all are experienced and know more then others in many areas. I'm sure you will appreciate the ammount of knowledge that can come from this site, and some days will be somewhat disappointing. Hang in there, read a little and ask questions if you will. Take it easy and best of luck

Come on bro, that's anywhere you go. I seen you are not familiar with the bb.com MISC section, you'd be really pissed there.
Just pick and choose where you decide to roam, as some ppl are solely here for sources and we unfortunately can't start a witch hunt when we suspect such.
Anytime you want to have a real convo about lifting, my pm box is open.
One obvious benefit to these boards is you have one of the top minds in the industry at your disposal.

i train about 9-10 times per month.
trying to eat clean most of the time.
no diet or high performance training, bodybuilding for great performance results its to difficult to me.

I started out at a hundred pounds a few years ago and nearly doubled my weight naturally, then put on real mass with gear, lost it by being foolish and sit around 180lbs after no gear for a year. Refi ing my physique and finally gettig back on sauce.
Been training like a madman all the while. Fortunately have great bone structure but thinner arms. But it's challenges like this that keep me pumped. I've always got small goals to set and attain, even when I'm not on sauce. Learned the most about dieting the last year naturally and just started on a little test.
If it weren't fo work and family I would be in the gym even more. It's my pacifier. I can take any shit as long as I do cardio and pump my shit at the gym. Just moved and finished getting engaged so the fiancé said I can spend a lot more time training and getting really big.
I feel great about my progress, physique and training right now. I don't know how people on steroid boards don't train!! :)

If you to not train, I see no purpose in using the forums. We are all here to share knowledge and experiences to help one another.
Even those looking for source or product checks, must be training, otherwise why take steroids..???
Unless your referring to the endless trolls pushing certain brands and discrediting others, then that should be fairly obvious.
BTW, I do the classic 5 days on, 2 days off, select body part per day, same routine for years now and never failed me, occasionally mixing it up from time to time to keep my body guessing :)

my point was there has been very little talk about any type of training, or

True dat! That's not how this board used to be though. This used to be a very informative board with almost no bashing. As of late its turning into getbig. With that said, I would like to add that the staff here is top notch for the most part, and some top notch members here as well. This board needs to get back to business, and away from the whining. The mods need to stop being afraid to ban those that need banning. On Getbig we cant ban members no matter what they do or say, and the members know it, so the board is like the wild west. With all due respect for the staff here that is exactly where this board is headed.

This board was always the same, don't worry, if you think was other-way at core you haven't been since the beginning. Problem now all children and wannabe gangster/dealer like flooded every place and play smart losing the others people time with rubbish. But at core this board was always the same. No doubt before was much more informative since a lot of quality guys left and also some of the mods were removed.

I have started to look into Fst-7. I am shoveling thru my closet to supplement something for those final 7 sets, and it seems like Omega Sports Ultima will be it.

I will be closely monitoring the Nutrition and Supplement sections, making changes when need be, and am available for any help via post or pm. While gear is not my specialty, these two are ;)

You ever try BSNs NoXplode it seems like guys love it or hate it( i love it) and 3 beta alinine tabs
Didnt get shit out of Gasparis Superpump 250
Right now im trying to drop a few more #s for a Power liftin contest this coming weekend.Its not that big a deal if i dont come in at 220(masters 45-49) ill just compete at 242 this is a smaller comp i believe ,but ive got a bigger comp in Dec and ill be under 220 for that one no problem
Currently doing Dave Palumbos diet works well for me but i started it a little late was 228 this morning was 235 10 days ago
Im more into Power Lifting,however my workouts are actually a mix of BB and Power i basically concentrate on the big 3 never change that up for instance on chest day i always start with barbell bench same on back day with deads and leg day with squats and after those moves i go to something else and i change those secondary exercises up every 6-8 weeks.
Ive done DC workout and GVT in the past year DC kicked ass was not that impressed with GVT did 10 by 10 next time ill try the 5by 5(GVT)

No explode is a caffeine and arginine based supplement, as most pre-wo ones are. I'll have the full text soon from the Johns Hopkins study about the inneffectiveness of arginine over time, as it moves from vasodialator to vasoconstrictor.
I have used MAN Sports Body Octane with much success, and now I am in a tub of my company (Xtreme Formulations) VENGEANCE.
I have recently incorporated more power moves, as it is impossible to grow on the same few exercises. FST-7 has interested me for awhile now, and you can believe i will be doing more research on it ;)

I'm not bothering bros about my training.. Sure we lift weights. But mainly, about me and my perspective, this have been top forum for gear check and talk about it. I have great respect for some of senior members (I'll not tell the names dough..), they have vast knowledge about gear, sources and so on..
Now I'm clean, two years to be honest. Trying anabolic diet for now. Pretty impressed to be honest..

I train my ass off and usually do something whether cardio or lifting every day of the week but please notice the name of this Bulletin Board; it called Body of Science owned by an expert in the field of AAS and is geared towards discussions of gear, not weightlifting. There are other and better boards for that.

Sick, man. Congrats.
DC training is awesome. I didn't use it strictly but the rest-pause sets, emphasis on trusted compound exercises and stretching really made a huge difference in my training. Periodization also helped to keep things fresh.
God damn, I was scared shitless of my log book though. If you eek out a half assed rep, you're gonna pay dearly for it the next time you train using that exercise. I learned that the hard way.
I had a big log book and kept it for a year and a half. My gym/work bag got left out in the rain one day and I had some shit going on at work. I basically snapped, destroyed a bunch of product at the rock quarry I was working at and then destroyed what was left of my log book. I haven't trained and recorded my workouts since then, but DC training is still fresh in my mind. I train similarly but keep lift numbers in my head and train a little more intuitively, rather than cranking the amps to 11 every workout.

I've thought about training, but then I heard they we're making a Wii game based on training. Actually I want the ps3 version so I do have to even move my arms. Fingers and thumbs is more than enough.

I remember when that Wii game came out and kids were complaining about being sore. LMAO, how inactive do you have to be in order to get DOMS from a video game.
