-If GH is the way to go,what are the proper legal channels(if any) and protocols to obtain it with doctor supervision
-Which form is best for tendon regeneration and can it reverse damage to tendons
-What are the absolute MOST effective and accessible leagal alternatives(somorelin,ect.)

General advice:
What is your take on the most effective and safest ways to speed post-op recovery, regain joint dexterity,(compounds,Anabolic stacks,herbs,etc.)please suggest approx. dosages if possible.

HGH is commonly prescribed by anti-aging/longevity doctors. This hormone is good for aiding general growth and repair, and may hold some value. I don't know that there is any "legal" (I read this as non-prescription) products that can do the same. Sermorelin acetate is in no different a legal category than HGH - these are just prescription drugs, not controlled substances.

Boldenon, Anavar and GH respectively seem to be the best aids for collagen synthesis. Personally i would stack all of them in moderate doses along with the right nutrition, the right Supplements (...those which are necessary for that specific local repair ) and physical therapy
