Pain relief on X-factor

What are over the counter head ache medicine should one take on X-factor and not negate its effects. I know anti-inflammatories like Advil are out but what about Asprin or Tylenol?

No, those are out too, as they also inhibit PG conversion. I really haven't found one, but then I haven't looked either. Most ever OTC pain medication mediates its effects on PGs in some way.

Occasional use should be OK BTW. I just wouldn't take it regularly.
