I was told by their customer service to take 200mg of the 1-T Esters and 400mg of the Boldione. Is that enough? 2 caps of the 1-T Estergels seems a bit light although a buddy of mine took 150mg of the 1-T Ethergels and blew up during his cycle.

Also, will I need to take an AE during my cycle?

Mr. Llewellyn - I enjoyed the articles in Body of Science. I'm been tired with alot fo the crap in the bb mags lately. No disrepect to MD since you have a column in it. Peace out!

No need to take an AE during this cycle. My buddy took 2 caps of the 1-t estergels and 3 caps fo the boldione and gained 16lbs during his cycle and % bodyfat. Good luck with your cycle.
