So what are your actual meals bro ?

i eat % 25 of my carb intake in breakfast and other % 25 after my workout. the rest % 50 is split into 4 meals. so 6 carb meals, and plus 2 only protein meals which are near to bed time. i dont want to write all the details like
1 meal: bla bla.

it takes time bro. hope you understand.

i usually use a keto type diet so I can measure the ketones and I guess it gives me a feel thatI know how to adjust it to stay in ketosis since I can use the stix to guage it. I go 4 days low and one day high carb then repeat. I can usually get into ketosis in a day. It use to take me three but I guess as you use this approach more, your body gets more efficiant at switching into ketosis. I tried the high fat approach with it but didnt work as well for me as keeping the fats lower.

today is my first day of y precontest routine...im not doin anything fancy i just manipulate my carbs.. meals 1,2,3,4,5 have carbs... meal six is just protein and healthy fats... my meal six is 10 oz of white marlin (grilled) and 50g steamed brocolli..just that...i think that will make a big difference since my last year of contest prep since last year i severly restricted my fats which = injuries from training, low hormone levels and i felt sick... :D
